1974 - University of Florida College of Law; Juris Doctor.

1975 - Admitted to the Florida Bar.

1977 - Admitted to the US Supreme Court Bar.

1975-1977 - Assistant Public Defender, Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

1977-2005 - Private practice in Gainesville, Florida in the areas of criminal defense (state and federal), plaintiff's personal injury, and family law.

2005-2010 - Alachua County Court Judge; assigned to Criminal Division, Civil Division, and Mental Health Court; served as Administrative Judge of County Court.

2010-2015 - Circuit Court Judge; Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida; assigned to Circuit Civil Division; Administrative Judge of Circuit Civil Division.

2015-2018 - Circuit Court Judge; assigned to Family, Probate, Guardianship, and Mental Health Divisions.

2007-2015 - University of Florida Levin College of Law; Adjunct Professor in Trial Practice.

2019 - Certified by Florida Supreme Court as Family Mediator

2021- Certified by Florida Supreme Court as Circuit Civil Mediator
