J.D., Stetson University College of Law, 1989 Admitted to The Florida, Georgia and South Dakota Bars, and to the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Elected County Court Judge, Baker County 1992, serving until retirement in 2021.
Served as Administrative County Judge for Baker, Bradford and Union Counties and presided in all counties and divisions of the 8th Judicial Circuit by appointment. Instructor at the Florida College of Advanced Judicial Studies. Appointed to the Judicial Management Council by the Chief Justice of the Florida Supreme Court. Judicial liaison to the Florida Bar Board of Governors. Conference of County Court Judges of Florida Legislative Advocate. President of the Conference of County Court Judges of Florida. Recipient of the Harvey Ford Award, the highest peer review honor bestowed by the Conference of County Court Judges of Florida. Elected by the Conference of County Court Judges of Florida to serve on the Judicial Qualifications Commission. Trustee, Florida Supreme Court Historical Society.
